Sometimes when you list on ScanLister, your items will not show on your Amazon seller account. Why? Here are few reasons:
- Duplicate SKU Number(s)
- Not approved to sell certain items on Amazon
- Max selling price is lower than the price of the item
In order to troubleshoot this issue, go to your Amazon seller account. Click on Inventory – Upload Products Via Upload – Monitor Upload Status.
Look for your last upload. If there are any errors, please download the processing report. Amazon will state the errors in here. You can also send the processing report to email@example.com and we'll take a look at it.
