If you are unable to open the ScanLister app, most likely the data file was corrupted during an update. Some antivirus software programs will cause this issue.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to get ScanLister up and running again.
A. Download this fix. Then try reopening ScanLister.
B. If that doesn't work, please perform a hard rest of the software. Here's how:
- On your computer, go to Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Remove ScanLister
- Locate the C Drive on your computer and locate the ScanLister folder. Delete the folder.
