Teamviewer allows us to connect to your screen to troubleshoot any issues. The Windows and Mac version instructions are below.
Windows Version
1. If you have not installed TeamViewer before, you can download it from this link.
https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
2. Double click on TeamviewerQS.exe to run this software. You will see ID and PW shown on its screen. Copy your ID & Password and send to us.
Mac Version
1. If you have not installed TeamViewer before, you can download it from this link.
http://connect.teamviewer.com/v15
2. Click and open the DMG file on the bottom left of your screen.
3. Double click on this icon to open Teamviewer Quick Support
4. If you get this screen, make sure Screen Recording and Accessibility are both allowed.
5. You will see the ID and Password pop up on your screen. Copy your ID and Password and send to us.
Important: Please keep the Teamviewer running while our developer is connecting.
