According to Amazon, the new Send to Amazon workflow starts on October 17th, 2022. On this date, all shipments must be created through Send to Amazon or through the Amazon API.
What does this mean for ScanLister users?
As long as you create an FBA shipment directly from ScanLister, you will not be affected by these changes.
In order to create an FBA shipment from ScanLister, you must select the List button on the bottom left of the screen and then select Preview Shipments. Next, select Create Shipments and Finish. Then, on your Amazon Seller Central account, select Inventory - Shipments to view and work on your FBA shipment. Finally, select Return to old workflow.
What if I don’t see the Preview Shipment(s) button?
If you don’t see the Preview Shipments button, go to Settings - Fulfilled Options - Amazon Fulfilled. Then make sure Scan and Label Mode is checked.
You will now be able to create an FBA shipment directly from ScanLister. You will also be able to print FBA labels after every scan. If you are used to printing the FBA labels after the shipment is complete - no worries! You can still print the FBA labels after the shipment is complete or during the box content phase. **Please note that Amazon has a max limit of 200 SKU per shipment creation.
