How to delete or edit quantities for an item after the workflow has already been confirmed

This can be done from within the box contents screen.

First, ensure that any item you wish to edit or remove is not already assigned to a box. If the item has already been assigned to a box, you will need to remove it from the box assignment before continuing.

Click on the “change contents” button (Top left area within the box contents screen).

Locate the item in the list of unpacked items and edit the “New Unpacked Qty” column. To completely remove an item, set the value to “0” (zero). To change the quantity, simply update the “New Unpacked Qty” to the desired value.

Once completed, click “confirm changes”.

Note: If you need to edit or remove multiple items, it is best to do them at the same time before confirming changes.
