After creating a shipment from ScanLister, your items may say "The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found" in Seller Central. This is completely normal. This just means that the upload has not completely finished yet. You can still work on and finish your shipment.

Working on shipments in this condition cause all items to come up as stranded once received by Amazon - would waiting till those warnings resolve themselves fix that issue?
The "incomplete" status will resolve itself in 1-2 hours. Items will then show as "complete".
