Now you will need to set the default label size on your Mac
The default settings for your printer on a Mac, can be edited with CUPS (an open-source printing system Apple uses that allows you to configure a printer on a Mac). Open your internet browser and copy and paste the following address into your browser's address bar:
If you receive a "web interface error” you must configure your Mac to allow access to CUPS. You can do this in seconds with the Terminal utility app. You can skip the next step if you are able to access CUPS.
Enable CUPS in Terminal
Open Terminal using the Spotlight Search in the righthand corner of the Menu Bar.
Copy and paste the following command into Terminal:
cupsctl WebInterface=yes
Then hit Enter, and CUPS is enabled!
Quit Terminal and go back to your internet browser.
Refresh the page, or again copy and paste the address:
Click on the “Manage Printers” button:
From the list of printers click on the Rollo, on this window you want to click on the drop-down box that currently shows “Administration” and choose “Set Default Options”:
Now you should be in the default settings for your Rollo. On the General settings you will want to match the following settings and then click “Set Default Options”. This example is for the Rollo 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 labels.
Test print your labels on the Rollo with ScanLister. If it is still not printing correctly, follow the directions below. Go to Page Options and set the Horizontal Offset to 4mm.
