Title is Missing from the Column Header

If the title or any other category is missing from the column header please follow these directions.

1.  Point the mouse cursor on any of the column headers.  Then right-click.

 

2.  Select Column Chooser

3.  Select Title or any column that is missing.  Then drag it up to the column headers.

4.  The title header will now show up in the columns.
