How to Manage your Condition Notes

To manage your condition notes for bulk listing,  go to Settings - Lists - Conditions Notes.

1.  Enter a new note simply by typing in the note in a new box.

2.  Edit an existing note by clicking on an existing note.

3.  Enter in the condition that you normally use for that note.

For Detailed Listing, select the top right corner of each box.

Below is a video tutorial on how to manage your condition notes.  You will learn how to:

• Add, edit, delete condition notes
• Remove certain conditions, e.g., collectible and refurbished
• Reorder conditions as they appear on the screen
• Add "one-off" condition notes while listing
• Enable editing in the drop-down menu

This is video shows the PC version of ScanLister, however, the Mac version is very similar.  Please note that the condition note menu has moved.  Go to Settings - Lists - Manage Condition Notes.
