The Listing Manager is a centralized dashboard in ScanLister that replaces the previous "Feeds" and "Recent Uploads" panels. It allows you to monitor batch status, manage errors, print labels, and track FBA workflows from a single location.
Status at a Glance
- See Items, SKUs, Ready, and Failed counts instantly.
- Track FBA progress through each step.
Smarter Relisting
To retry an upload, select a batch and choose from the following options:
- Edit and Relist: Sends all items back to the main listing screen so you can make any changes before reuploading.
- Direct Relist: Sends items straight to a new workflow for FBA without requiring any data changes.
- Failed Items Only: Review your error report and relist only the items that did not successfully process the first time.
Error Reports
If an item fails to list, use the Inline Error Viewer to identify the cause:
- Click the Errors button to view specific ASINs and Amazon-returned error codes.
- One-Click Support: Use the support button within the error report to generate a ticket.
Label Printing
Generate all necessary labels directly from the Listing Manager interface:
- FBA Shipping Labels: Used for box-level tracking.
- 30-Up FNSKU Labels: Formatted for standard 8.5" x 11" laser printer sheets.
- Individual FNSKU Labels: Sized specifically for thermal printers (for example, Dymo or Zebra).
Data Export
Export your listings in CSV, TXT, or XLS formats. You can use the built-in templates or customize your own column selections to fit your reporting needs.
Active Workflows
The Active Workflows tab displays all open FBA inbound shipments. This provides a unified view of workflows regardless of whether they were created in ScanLister, via API, or directly in Seller Central.
Getting Started
- Ensure you have updated to the latest version of ScanLister.
- Navigate to the Listing Manager tab in the main menu.
